Terms & Conditions:
- The print size of the portrait is 8inch x 8inch on the canvas tote bag
- The soft copy will be in high-resolution JPEG format in 300DPI & A4 size
- The client needs to provide one high-resolution clear photographs reference, from that we will recreate the hand-drawn digital portrait
- We will share a work in progress / first cut images for the client's feedback; the client can provide one-time feedback only, according to the feedback we will take it further for detailed artwork
- If the client asks for more correction after the feedback of (the first cut sample) then every correction will charge Rs250 to the client
- Delivery Timeline: Every personalised portrait will take approx 8-10 working days, then it will go for printing followed by shipping. All together this process will take 3 weeks (21 days), We can’t fasten this process
- We generally prefer a single headshot portrait for our totes, if the client request 2 headshot portrait then the cost will be extra as actual
- The look & feel of the portrait will be as per our reference art only
- The project will start once the client will make full payment through our website
- All payments will be non-refundable & product is also non-returnable & refundable.
- After finalising the portrait we will unable to do any corrections, if they still client will ask for correction, in that case, it will be counted as a fresh assignment along with the charges
- The above charges will be applicable for 1 tote bag & 1 Soft copy (in JPEG high res.); if the client requested more numbers of bags with the same printing then we can work out the best cost.

3. Hygiene Standards and Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, certain product categories such as boxers and perfumes are non-returnable.

4. Refund Process
- Once we receive the return shipment, we will initiate a 100% refund within 24 hours.
- If you paid online, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.
- For cash on delivery payments, provide your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code for a refund via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.
5. Exchange Process
- After the return shipment is collected, we will dispatch the exchange shipment from our warehouse.
- If you need a custom size garment as an exchange, include your best-fitting garment along with the returned item. We will tailor the new garment according to your measurements and deliver it within 10 to 15 days.

- Refund or exchange is possible for one time only within the same order.
